Weaving Healthy Families Program

Weaving Healthy Families is a culturally grounded, community-based program that supports Indigenous and underserved families in building strong, resilient futures. Rooted in relational values and traditional teachings, the program offers resources and tools for healing, wellness, parenting, and communication. By centering Indigenous knowledge and community strengths, Weaving Healthy Families creates safe spaces for connection, growth, and generational wellness.
