A few have asked, and many have certainly wondered, about my recent name change. I am happy to have taken my beloved mother's maiden name, O'Connor, to honor her and her good name in my life and work. Plus with my middle name Elizabeth in honor of the late Grandma Betty, that makes my initials C E.O., which is just cool.
This pic of mom was shared with me happily today; though we are physically separated I feel happy and humbled to take on this name, and so thankful for my daddy's Edd Carlson's unwavering support, with whom whose company I am fortunate to still get to enjoy, and for many more years and adventures to be sure.
